Ashley is a wife and mother of 3-children who were all born premature.  Ashley  also, created Glo-Preemies, a Non-profit organization to help support high risk pregnant women and families with children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NCIU) worldwide.  She is most passionate about improving the lives of babies born premature in the African American Community; providing support and a safety net services for their families.  She is currently serving  a 3 year term as an Advisory Board Member for a multi-million dollar Racial Disparity in the NICU research study with California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC) based at Stanford Medical Schools .  Ashley is a pregnancy Labor and Delivery Post Pregnancy Doula in-home, and at Methodist Hospital in Sacramento, California.
